EU Green Week – European Green Week – is an annual event organized by the European Commission, this year from June 3 to 11. It is devoted entirely to environmental issues and is an opportunity to summarize the activities carried out so far. In addition, it aims to encourage the public to take protective measures, care for the preservation and restoration of the environment.

One of the main events organized as part of EU Green Week is the “Delivering a Net-Zero World” conference, which will take place on June 6 – 7, 2023. Speakers from the world of politics, business, NGOs and academia will participate. The conference will discuss topics on the latest policy developments in biodiversity, the closed loop economy and zero pollution.

As part of EU Green Week, across Europe and beyond, schools, universities, business associations, environmental organizations, local community groups and government agencies are organizing numerous partner events to raise awareness and educate people about the importance of environmental protection and promote sustainable practices.
