January 31 – deadline for submission of measurement results to WIOŚ

January 31 is the deadline for submitting the results of continuous measurements of the quantity of groundwater and surface water abstracted and the quantity and quality of wastewater discharged to water or to the ground, within the scope specified in the water permit or integrated permit, for the calendar year 2022.

Water service users shall submit to the competent authority of the Environmental Protection Inspection Agency (EIPI) the results of continuous measurements for 2022 under Art. 304 para. 1(2)(a) of the Water Law.

The form and layout of the measurement results to be reported are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Inland Navigation dated January 20, 2020. On the form and layout of the reported results of measurements of the amount of abstracted groundwater and surface water, as well as the quantity and quality of wastewater discharged into water or into the ground.
