The National Plan for Reconstruction and Resilience Enhancement (NIP) sets goals for rebuilding and building Poland’s socioeconomic resilience after the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It forms the basis for applying for support from the European Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), established by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and the Council of February 12, 2021.
