The osprey, a majestic bird of prey perfectly adapted to life on the water, became the hero of our holiday interview. A characteristic feature of these rare birds is the construction of nests on tall poles or single trees, necessarily near bodies of water, which ensures their safety from predators and facilitates access to their main food source – fish.
