January 1, 2023. There is a change in the rates of fees for granting water rights approvals.
The newly effective rates are as follows:
- For acceptance of the water law notification – PLN 100.23;
- For the issuance of a water law permit – PLN 250;
- for the issuance in a single decision of at least two water permits that are not identical in kind – the product of PLN 250 and the number of permits issued, while the maximum fee may not exceed PLN 5000.15;
- For the issuance of a water law assessment – PLN 1000.04.
